* Select and evaluate suitable components, sensors, modules, ICs, and communication devices. * Design schematics, PCBs, and hardware prototypes. * Develop interfaces for sensors and OBD-II / vehicle data. * Debug and test communication, power, sensor, and hardware issues. * Work with PCB manufacturers and component suppliers. * Prepare and maintain BOMs and hardware documentation. * Optimize hardware architecture and BOM for cost-effective production. * Work closely with the software/backend team for hardware-to-software integration.
